inSylos Click ("we", "us") is an internal operations platform used by inSylos team members. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

2. Information we collect

  • Account: name, email, job title, department, avatar.
  • Work data: projects, tasks, KPIs, milestones, calendar events, and the comments or assignments you create.
  • Device tokens for mobile push notifications (only when you sign in on a mobile device).
  • Technical logs: minimal request, error, and security logs needed to operate the service.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide the workspace, assignments, and notifications.
  • To authenticate you and protect your account.
  • To improve reliability and fix bugs.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Notifications

Push and email notifications can be turned on or off at any time from Privacy & Notifications inside the app. Quiet hours silence push delivery during the times you choose.

5. Data sharing

Your work data is visible to teammates based on role and project membership. We share data with infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, database, push notification delivery) strictly to operate the service.

6. Retention

We keep your account and work data for as long as your account is active. When an account is deleted, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting your workspace administrator or emailing privacy@insylos.works.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is gated by authentication and row-level security policies. We follow the principle of least privilege for service accounts.
